Job Description


We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Talent management and Development Coordinator to join our Talent Management team here at DHL Supply Chain. In this role, you’ll coordinate all aspects of support for Talent Management and Development processes and programs within North America.


Responsibilities


  • Prepare, order, and coordinate the shipment of course materials for training classes, weekly across North America
  • Create, manage, and close daily training class rosters via DHL’s learning management system, my Talent World
  • Assign performance securities within my Talent World weekly
  • Schedule and create training sessions for classes in my Talent World
  • Send out required pre-work for various training classes and ensure ample time for attendees to complete the work given the unique class timeline
  • Plan/Setup lunches for training classes offered on site
  • Work with facilities department to request printing for class materials
  • Order training materials as needed
  • Manage billing of sites for training and program participation
  • Monitor and respond to questions and requests submitted via the Talent Management & Development email inbox
  • Various administrative tasks as assigned


Required Education and Experience

  • High School Degree, required
  • Associate’s Degree, preferred
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of Administrative experience, required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to prioritize based on needs of the business
  • Superior detail orientation
  • Ability to manage small to medium projects independently while balancing daily tasks
  • Strong computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet creation and analysis, and presentation applications
  • Highly analytical skill set
  • Ability to deal with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
