Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: Woodridge, IL

Pay Range: $18/hr.

What’s the Job?

• Audit factory direct invoices for correct cost
• Calculate freight in factory direct invoices
• Research Sales Department inquires on FD invoices and freight rates
• Process FD invoices into the Accounts Payable System
• Escalate issues beyond scope of authority to appropriate parties

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years in Accounts Payable or related field (preferred)
• Computer literacy
• Ability to multitask
• Exceptional attention to detail
