THE OPPORTUNITY

Our Financial Planning and Analysis team is vital to the performance, profitability, and continued growth of the Primient business. Across Finance, we are exploring new and better ways to harness data, improve decision-making, and add value while optimizing the investment we are making our plants and people.

We are looking for an intern for 11 weeks for the summer of 2024.

Key responsibilities: Financial Analyst Intern

  • Partner with finance leadership to develop, build and launch strategic plan, ahead of AOP'25 planning cycle
  • Help support the commercial finance organization with contracting and pricing discussions
  • Work with the Director of FP&A to build out AOP'25 timeline and process map, ensuring a successful launch and overall process
  • Additional projects may include supporting Financial Controller and VP of FP&A on transition from manual management reporting platform to cohesive EPM solution.


ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an individual that has obtained or is pursuing an Accounting, Finance or Business degree. Must be data driven and willing to learn.

WHAT WE OFFER

This internship will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our Finance and Planning processes within a dynamic business environment. You will develop practical skills in reporting and analysis - helping to further streamline the business, and help integrate our EPM solution, which will be going live during this time, while working alongside experienced professionals in the field. This internship comes with an hourly rate between $21 - $23/hr., a $3000 Housing/Travel stipend, and you will receive professional development through the 11-week program.

Must possess valid work authorization for the US. We are not offering sponsorship for this role.

ITEMS TO NOTE

This is a 40 hour per week/Full Time role.

This role is In Office - 5 days a week in our Schaumburg Office

There is no guarantee of full-time placement at the conclusion of this internship.
