Customer Service Representative - Part-time

TEKSystems is hiring a Customer Service Representative! This role is a great opportunity to establish yourself in the corporate environment and offers tremendous room to grow!

Job Duties:

- Respond to customer service inquiries, request, complaints. Inbound calls and emails.

- Estimated 80 minimum per day

- Required to dispatch call to appropriate department

- Resolve all issues in a timely manner

- Calls will be in regard to scheduling, billing, service, ETA's for dumpster deliveries

- Utilize pricing sheets to price containers for customers

- Enter service and route data into computer for billing and scheduling purposes

- Will be creating some new orders (both home and residential)
