Marketing Specialist Plano, TX Temp to Hire Pay: $31.00 - $33.00 per hour Responsibilities This role will assist management with creating and brainstorming new marketing efforts when needed. Responsibilities will focus on executing specific initiatives that drives the strategic marketing of the product to the target audience within budget. Will work closely with the sales teams to ensure traffic numbers continually increase. The Sr. Sales and Marketing Coordinator will also assist management with generating reports and working with both internal and external clients (realtors, brokers, vendors, sales team). Responsible for coordinating administrative functions to support the sales management team as well as the field teams. Qualifications Minimum three years of marketing experience in customer service oriented environment required Minimum of 3-5 years of with a homebuilder or real estate industry preferred High school degree or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelor’s preferred Exceptional organizational capability, including the ability to multi-task Strong people skills, including the capability to handle various personalities and develop professional relationships Strong verbal & written communication, with the ability to take complex concepts and communicate accurately and persuasively Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Work 8-hour days with flexibility for overtime when necessary
