Paralegal

We are seeking a Paralegal to join our busy law office. You will provide overall support to an attorney with over 25 years of experience for our legal practice that is focused on drafting Wills & Trusts.

Responsibilities:

• Draft wills, trusts and other estate planning documents
• Prepare & record deeds with appropriate County
• Communicate with clients, attorneys & referral sources
• Assist attorney with revising & copying legal documents
• Witness the signing of legal documents by clients

• Previous experience as a paralegal or other office experience
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel
• Ability to prioritize & work efficiently
• Deadline & detail-oriented
• Professional demeanor
• Courteous & friendly
• Able to work independently
