Warehouse Clerk

***THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION,  Hours and days of position 10:00-2:00, Monday thru Friday, potential for more hours during peak months.**

In this position you will be responsible for shipping and receiving, as well as fulfill and process orders, accept incoming shipments, and maintain the general organization of the warehouse and showroom floor. Must be able to lift up to 75lbs. Forklift experience a must.  This position is a jack of all trades and may get pulled to answer phones and greet customers.

Warehouse Associates Duties include:

• Unloading delivery trucks and checking incoming shipments against purchase orders
• Accepts, verifies, inspects, and records all deliveries according to policy
• Organizing and storing inbound shipments until they are fully received in the system
• Comparing packing lists to company purchase orders and ensuring that the products in each delivery match the packing list
• Quality Control - checking all inbounds for quantity and quality condition
• Create labels that pertain product and/or specific customer
• Records, reports, and returns defective items.
• Perform warehouse inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area.
• Handles complaints related to shipments; notifies management of any shipping or receiving issues.
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Forklift experience is a must
