Responsibilities
•
Generate and execute continuous improvement plans to improve Quality Rating of repair processes alongside Production Department Managers
•
Review processes and repairs to improve efficiency and turn time of components
•
Develop and/or revise work instructions, tooling, and fixturing to facilitate production, including condition reports and recommended repair
•
Support shop floor by troubleshooting to resolve issues with repair processes and components in the department
•
Assist with specification and implementation of new materials, processes, or technologies
•
Ensure process quality and testing requirements are being met using approved technical data and/or industry standards
