Dining Room Server

Job Summary

Servers will take orders and serve food and beverages to patients and guests at Wellbridge. Ensure high quality of food and beverages served in a friendly professional manner. Always be aware of guest satisfaction to deliver the perfect service experience.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: servicing the patient or guest in a friendly, efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. All patients and or guests must feel welcome, comfortable and well attended to.

• Provide the perfect service experience for everyone who enters the dining room
• Ensure that guests feel important and welcome in the dining room
• Adhere to timing standards for products and services
• Serve the Guest in an accommodating manner
• Assist in keeping the dining room clean and safe
• Report to property on time and in proper work attire

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Experience serving in a restaurant or food service-related industry a plus
• Able to function in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Good communication, customer service and people skills
• Patient and able to deal with a customers
• A team player, willing to help out where needed to ensure a pleasurable dining experience
• Familiarity with food safety, food preparation and board of health guidelines a plus

The salary range for this position is $17.51 - $19.26/hour
