Job Title: Land Development Manager
Industry: Residential Construction
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
In Office: 30% | In Field: 70%
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing community development initiatives while ensuring compliance with approved project budgets.
- Facilitate pre-construction meetings and inspections - municipal inspectors and utility reps
- Ensure daily coordination and effective communication with multiple internal departments, field personnel, site contractors, subcontractors, field consultants, and representatives from jurisdictional agencies.
- Daily site visits
- Enforce OSHA safety requirements; traffic and dust control standards; SWPPP control BMP’s
- Work with Land Development Coordinators to ensure necessary permits are obtained & maintained throughout
- Update land development schedule and budget
- Bid land development work
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years in the Construction industry with direct Land Development Management experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
