An established specialized company seeking an additional Project Coordinator to join their growing team. Candidates with prior experience in construction and related project coordination are encouraged to apply.

If you enjoy working with Project Managers and facilitating all the details from start to end this is an excellent opportunity to join a strong company. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, be highly organized, and work well on a team.

The primary responsibility is to maintain a high customer service level by managing orders and business practices related to assigned projects. In this role, you track, schedule, and coordinate all the project details while working with internal and external stakeholders.

A considerable amount of time is working with Project Managers, sales professionals, and external customers. In addition, you will be attending meetings and maintaining all relevant documentation and timelines related to the assigned projects. Candidates should be comfortable providing a high level of service to clients. In addition, candidates must have strong organizational and administrative skills.

A background in construction or related fields is a plus.
