Real Estate Attorney

RemX is assisting our full-service law firm in New York , NY with their search for a Landlord-Tenant Real Estate Attorney. The ideal candidate will have seven or more years of experience in landlord-tenant resolution experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years of landlord-tenant resolution experience.
• Experience in drafting predicate notices, motions, complex settlement agreements, in taking and defending depositions.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent computer and research skills.
• Candidates must have a strong work ethic, be eager to learn, adapt to new technologies and have a self-starting, can-do attitude.
• Preferred candidates have two or more years of experience at patent application drafting and prosecution. Strengths in technical writing, litigation, and related work experience are also considerations.
• Candidates should have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a family-like work environment.
