Job Title: Bathroom Installer

Job Description:

Are you passionate about transforming bathrooms into stunning, functional spaces? We're looking for a talented Bathroom Installer to help us bring our clients' visions to life. As a Bathroom Installer, you'll be responsible for installing and assembling bathroom fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs, with precision and attention to detail. Your craftsmanship and expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients are delighted with their new bathrooms.

Responsibilities:

1. Install and assemble bathroom fixtures according to blueprints, drawings, and client specifications.

2. Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure a perfect fit.

3. Install plumbing, electrical wiring, and other components as needed.

4. Seal joints and seams to prevent leaks and ensure waterproofing.

5. Test fixtures to ensure proper functionality and address any issues or defects.

6. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process.

7. Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other team members to coordinate work and address any concerns.

8. Adhere to safety standards and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

9. Complete projects within established timelines and budget constraints.

10. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the installation process.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience as a Bathroom Installer or similar role preferred.

2. Strong knowledge of bathroom fixtures, materials, and installation techniques.

3. Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

4. Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

5. Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.

6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.

7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments.

10. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
