Customer Services /Sales Representative

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales. Duties:
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services
- Process sales referral information on behalf of our client
- Attend promotional branding events
- Conduct outbound business sales meetings with potential customers to promote our products and services
- Utilize math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and change accurately
- Communicate effectively in all aspects: written and verbal
- Deliver engaging presentations or demonstrations to promote products during events or shows
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in basic math calculations for pricing, discounts, and change handling
- Ability to deliver persuasive presentations or demonstrations to potential customers
- Knowledge of automotive sales is an advantage

Job Type: Part-time/ Full-time 

Pay: Commission Base Only 

Expected hours:  5-8 hrs weekly
