Job Description: This Job is preformed on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays. As a Retail Coffee Sampler, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers and offering them samples of our delicious coffee blends. You will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our customers by showcasing the unique flavors and aromas of our products. MUST HAVE VEHICLE as you will be driving from warehouse to store.
Responsibilities:
- Set up sampling stations in designated retail locations.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
- Offer samples of our various coffee blends, providing information about the flavor profiles and origins.
- Answer customer questions about our products and company.
- Encourage customers to purchase our coffee products by highlighting their quality and appeal.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sampling area.
- Report feedback and customer interactions to the management team.
Requirements:
- Passion for coffee and a desire to share that passion with others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with customers in a positive and energetic manner.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
