Customer Service Representative - Insurance Commercial Lines

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative - Insurance Commercial Lines to join our team.  You will assist our sales force and inside account managers. Property/Casualty insurance license preferred. Prior insurance experience is highly preferred but not required.  This is a great opportunity to join a well-established independent agency in Dublin.

We are also open to PART-TIME applicants

Responsibilities:

• Correspond and communicate with agency clients 
• Process new and renewal insurance policies
• Support for our agency producers
• Assist clients and prospects in servicing insurance policies

Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Applied Epic Agency Management System is desirable.
• Communication and organizational skills are important.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
