Responsibilities:

1. Financial Oversight:
   • Oversee and actively participate in all accounting operations.
   • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
   • Implement and maintain effective internal controls.
2. Compliance:
   • Stay updated and ensure compliance with Ohio sales tax laws.
3. Communication and Collaboration:
   • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. • Possess a degree in accounting with an emphasis on cost accounting.
   • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing work environment is preferred.
   • Strong working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
   • Familiarity with Epicor ERP software is a plus.
   • Solid computer skills.
