Job Description
EasyIT is currently growing our Client Services team and creating new positions to help supervise our service delivery staff and scale our business. We are looking to add a person to supervise a Client Services delivery team and oversee service delivery. Primary duties include:
o Oversee their team service delivery quality and attainment of key performance goals
o Triage and Dispatch of service requests
o Participate in recruiting and selection activities as needed
o Tech staff development
o Identify changes needed for standards, documentation and processes.
o Customer satisfaction
o Collaborate with Services Manager to train on new processes
Our ideal candidate would have:
o Experience working in a ticketing system
o Experience working on a technical helpdesk
o A strong understanding of business technology
o At least 2 years of technical staff supervision experience
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Experience working for a Managed Service Provider/IT Outsourcer
