Part-Time Office Manager

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment. We would consider a seasonal hire for the right person (May-August).

Responsibilities:

• Manage office administrative tasks including answering phones, handling correspondence, and organizing files.

• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events as required.

• Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory management.

• Support HR functions including onboarding new hires and managing employee records.

• Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication and workflow.

• Assist with bookkeeping and accounting responsibilities.

• Assist with Customer Service roles & responsibilities.

• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in office administration or a related field preferred.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Drive.

• Proficiency with QuickBooks preferred.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
