Licensed Behavioral Therapist

We are looking for a behavioral therapist with a friendly demeanor and strong analytical abilities. As a behavioral therapist, you will be responsible for delivering all therapist services such as completing assessments, guiding groups, treatment and discharge planning, and patient care documentation. We are seeking someone with a valid LCSW or LCSW-C (licensed clinical social worker) or LMSW or LCPC or LGPC license in the state of Maryland with 1-3 years of experience. $45 - $60 hourly

• Perform regular wellness checks by phone to inquire about behavioral health status and medication adherence
• Utilize evidence-based methods to provide group and individual treatment to patients and families
• Complete patient-related documentation and communicate relevant clinical information to both the patient, referring provider, and treatment team
• Incorporate treatment team input to design plans based on the patients' values, objectives, and health, while ensuring that support structures are easily accessible
• Evaluate client needs and create individual interventions while establishing person-centered goals for behavior modifications

• 1-3 years in a clinical setting working with behavioral health patients is required
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical ability as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are needed
• Current and unrestricted state license as an LCSW (licensed clinical social worker) or equivalent

• Licensed in the state of Maryland with any of the following LCSW-C / LMSW / LCPC / LGPC
