Job Description
We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team. The TIG Welder will be responsible for operating welding equipment to weld and fabricate metal components according to specifications. The ideal candidate should have experience in Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding, possess a strong attention to detail, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding processes specifications
  • Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding techniques based on material types and thicknesses
  • Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions
  • Inspect welds for accuracy, completeness, and defects
  • Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and quality standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a TIG Welder or similar role
  • Proficiency in TIG welding techniques and equipment operation
  • Knowledge of welding symbols and blueprint reading
  • Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in welding is a plus
