Line Cook

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking various dishes in accordance with set recipes and standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

2. Cook dishes as per recipes, ensuring high quality and presentation standards.

4. Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work station.
6. Follow food safety regulations and guidelines.

**Qualifications:**
1. Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting.
2. Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
3. Ability to work well in a team environment under pressure.
4. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Certification from a culinary school or relevant training is a plus.
6. Understanding of food safety practices.

**Physical Requirements:**
1. Ability to stand for long periods.
2. Capable of lifting heavy items and working in a hot kitchen environment.
3. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
