Our Other Licensed Practitioner (OLP) Clinicians provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote families' strengths!
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related human services field
- Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) or a Limited Permit in the state of NY
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle preferred

Compensation (Based on experience and credentials) / Hours:
- Full Time: $50,000 - $60,000 Salary
- $3,000 Stay-on Bonus at the successful completion of probation period for LMSW's and Limited Permit Social Workers and Mental Health Counselors
- $6,000 Stay-on Bonus at the successful completion of probation period for LCSW and LMHC
