Custodian/Janitor - Part-Time - Stafford, VA

Due to continued growth, Mister Kleen Maintenance Company, a leading provider of contract cleaning services to high security and commercial facilities, is looking for part-time employees to perform cleaning and maintenance services for our clients throughout Northern Virginia.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 4:00pm to 8:00pm

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodations
• Able to consistently work scheduled days and hours
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures, including COVID guidelines
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to understand oral and written instructions
• Willing to go above and beyond to support the team in exceeding our customers' expectations

Job duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Disinfect and sanitize common areas and high-touch points
• High and low dusting, scrubbing, and polishing
• Cleaning bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors
• Restocking supplies and inventory
• Emptying and disposing of trash and recycling bins
• Vacuuming, mopping, dust mopping, sweeping, and scrubbing floors
• Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and elevators
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors

Physical demands may include the following on a regular basis:

• Walking and standing
• Climbing
• Bending forward
• Wearing hip/backpack vacuum
• Reaching, grasping, pushing and pulling
• Lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, sometimes over the shoulder
• Respective bending and arm movements
