To perform financial functions relating to collection, accuracy, recording, and analysis of the company's financial operations.
Responsibilities:* Logging and paying bills through Quickbooks* Managing accounts payable and receivable* $14 to $16 per hour * Part Time 12-16 hours per week * Preparing and mailing invoices to customers* Posting payments to customer accounts* Organizing and filing deposit receipts as invoices are paid* Preparing reports on delinquent accounts and customer payments profiles* Reconciling cash receipts and deposits* analyzing financial records for accuracy
Qualifications:* Prior experience with Excel, and Quickbooks * Experience with paying bills and customer payments
