Job Summary:
ATC Youngstown is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medsurg/Neuro Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position, Night shift (7pm-7am), in our healthcare facility located in Warsaw, Indiana. This individual will provide quality medical care to our patients and work collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals. This is an individual contributor role with a competitive salary of $2050 per week paid weekly.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and treatment under the direction of physicians, nurse practitioners, or physician assistants
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff
- Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medications, and treatments
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Assist with administrative tasks such as documentation and scheduling appointments

Requirements:
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Indiana
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in medical terminology and patient documentation
- CPR certification
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
