Job Description:
We're in search of an Administrative Assistant with 1 year of Administrative/Office experience to handle a wide range of administrative tasks to help keep our company running smoothly. We are seeking a candidate with general medical terminology and knowledge. Our candidate MUST have professional communication and phone skills. As an Administrative Assistant, you'll be responsible for assisting our office staff with daily tasks. The Administrative Assistant also requires strong clerical skills, time management skills, and a keen sense of organization. A reliable and hard-working individual with an eye for detail is required in this role. You will have a key role in supporting our company’s operations. Knowledge of the Google Suites would be required as this position uses a lot of different forms and spreadsheets.
Responsibilities:
One year of Medical Office/Administrative experience is required.
Communicating with the therapists, patients, families, and medical professionals.
Answer the telephone and direct calls.
Place outgoing calls.
Preparing, receiving, and distributing faxes.
Prepare letters, memos, and other documents by typing and filing them.
Answer e-mail messages and forward incoming messages to the appropriate person.
