Job Summary

The Automotive Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales of vehicles to meet and/or exceed Granite Automotive’s goals and objectives. You will be responsible for representing the dealership with a high degree of professionalism and enthusiasm; by driving sales of vehicles and providing exceptional customer service.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time role with the ability to make upwards of $100,000 - $200,000 a year and comes with a competitive benefits package. Benefits include medical, life, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K plan with company match , and PTO. 

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers to understand their automotive needs and to establish effective long-term relationships.
• Ensure customer satisfaction from the start to delivery of their vehicle.
• Generate new customers by networking with co-workers outside sales organizations, referral networks, and other sources of new opportunities.
• Monitor and drive current market trends and be highly knowledgeable on products offerings.
• Assist customers in the financing, insurance, and delivery of their new vehicle.
• Achievement of dealership goals, including but not limited to unit sales, gross profit indexed goals and customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in the trade of their vehicle to the dealership.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by following up with customers and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Clear and valid driver’s license and excellent driving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Highly motivated and self-driven individual.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
