Job Description
Snelling is seeking a Part Time Data Entry Clerk in the Birmingham area! If you like administrative work, enjoy books, and outdoor activities then this is the opening for you! This position requires 20 hours a week.
Responsibilities for Part Time Data Entry Clerk:
- Print out orders in the warehouse throughout the day
- Send out new title sheets
- Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner
- Organize and enter each morning’s orders into shipping systems so that invoices and carton labels are waiting for the warehouse team to arrive and start shipping
- Compile standard reports for shipping, FedEx, etc., as needed
- Help meet warehouse and team goals in collaboration with management
Qualifications for Part Time Data Entry Clerk:
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of office management procedures
- Ability to problem solve and think analytically
- Team player with willingness to step in and help complete assignments across multiple departments
Mon- Fri Schedule - 9:00AM – 1:00PM
No weekends
Pay: $16.00 hour
