Your mission:

• Mastermind our billing: Take ownership of our complex billing systems, identifying and proactively solving challenges, while continually refining them for optimal efficiency and accuracy.
• Be the go-to billing guru: Collaborate closely with our team, advisors, and clients to resolve billing issues with a solutions-oriented mindset.

• Have experience in financial services, especially with custodians like TD Ameritrade, Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, etc.
• Speak the language of Salesforce (or similar CRMs).
• Are familiar with RIA billing software like Advyzon, Circle Black, Tamarac, BillFin, Orion, etc.
