Specific qualifications for the role include:

• Successful prior experience as a Craftsman, Carpenter, Handyman or Construction Trades.
• Ability to perform Carpentry, minor electrical, minor plumbing and drywall
• Own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades
• Current and valid drivers license
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check
