GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Leads building maintenance projects to support all Terry Reilly Health Services (TR) properties. Leads in projects including but not limited to: HVAC, flooring, framing components electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, tenant improvement projects as needed. Utilizes blueprints/schematics in support of safety improvements and inspections.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  1. General understanding of building construction, electrical systems, roofing, security systems, grounds maintenance and methods for maintaining facilities and grounds in excellent condition.
  2. 4 years' experience with a variety of repair and maintenance skills and experience
  3. Valid Idaho Drivers' license and the ability to provide individual insurance coverage for vehicle.
  4. Able to climb onto roofs and to assist with furniture moving.
  5. Access to a vehicle for transporting miscellaneous supplies and removal of grounds debris to and from TR facilities.
  6. Able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds and physically able to do a significant amount of stooping, bending, and shoveling.
  7. Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.
