Overview of Responsibilities & Requirements
  • Proven experience as a tenured Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide support to assist the Executive Team members as needed based on business demands
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
  • Experience coordinating and planning corporate events and meetings.
  • Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and ensure timely responses to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Proactively conduct research and compile information for various projects, presentations, and reports.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including employees, customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, executive meetings, and other important events.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the CEO and the executive team and ensure the efficient operation of the executive team.
  • Solutions minded, self-motivated and self-directed with excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
