What We Need:

We are looking for an experienced Fiberglass Mold Maintenance to work in our Tooling department. This role supports the production operations to ensure the organization is able to keep up with production demand and meet quality needs.

Are you:

• Mechanically inclined and Detail Oriented.
• Safety conscientious.
• Familiar with pneumatic tools.

As the Fiberglass Mold Maintenance you will be responsible for fabricating fiberglass or other composite materials per customer specifications.

A Day in the Life of:

• Maintenance of trim fixtures.
• Perform surface and structural mold/tool repairs and configuration changes on all areas of molds. As required one existing tool without any loss of surface or structural integrity to ensure a defect free mold.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Other tasks as assigned.

What Makes You Qualified:

• HS Diploma/GED preferred or equivalent industrial experience.

Must Haves:

• Ability to read metric and imperial measuring tools such as rulers and calipers Technical Skills
• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints/drawings.
• Maximum lifting of 50lbs. (All lifting over 50lbs. requires a team lift)
• Adherence to McClarin PPE requirements.
