Seasonal Warehouse Associate

This position is seasonal and will go from March - July 31, 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Highly Motivated, responsive, and quality-driven professional with a successful record of streamlining logistics and operations in a fast-paced environment.
2. Prepare skid loads, operate forklifts, pallet jacks and practice safe loading procedures.
3. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
4. Review your daily production goal and report potential risks to the Manager.
5. Develop inventory control techniques to avoid shortages and excess.
6. Maintain flexibility for changing priorities.
7. Receiving shipments of goods from supplies or manufacturers and unpacking or staging them for distribution
8. Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, such as Sales, Customer Service, 3PL etc., in resolving issues encountered or to meet deliverables.
9. Always observe safety procedures in the warehouse and maintain warehouse in clean and organized state.
10. All other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma [or GED] Required.
• 2+ year[s] experience in manufacturing or warehousing a plus.
• Forklift/Cherry Picker Certification a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
• Ability to recognize improvement capabilities.
• Possess adequate verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have the ability to interact well with others.
• Good working knowledge of, processes, and materials
• Understanding of responsibilities and the impact on team performance
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to interpret and understand policies and procedures.
• Ability to work cross-functionally as needed
• Self-management skills which enable them to maintain composure and work effectively under pressure.
