Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Weekends and Holidays are required
  • Provides exceptional guest service and ensures all guest inquires and concerns are addressed promptly 
  • Aides in preparations and sets tables in accordance with banquet event order prior to events
  • Provides beverage service during event
  • Assists in maintaining buffet stations throughout the event
  • Carries trays of plated meals to serve to guests
  • Attentively listens to guests and anticipates any additional needs or concerns   
  • Responds to feedback from guests and staff regarding food quality and presentation
  • Maintains updated knowledge related to current menu options, preparation methods and techniques, and ingredients 
  • Collects used dishes and glasses from tables and other public areas  
  • Assists in monitoring and upholding policies and procedures for safety of guests and team members    
  • Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency  
  • Assists in maintaining cleanliness throughout the department 
  • Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership

Qualifications
