Warehouse Shift Lead
We have a fun and exciting job opportunity working as a Warehouse Shift Lead in Plymouth, WA. This is an excellent opportunity!
Job Duties:
- Supervise team
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train employees
- Learn to set in and monitor Cleaning equipment
- Ensure quality control of the product being made
- Ensure plant is running- will involve mechanical repairs at times operate and diagnose automated equipment
- Previous experience in processing plants or other related fields
- Mechanical experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Forethought and planning during plant transitions.
- Organization and consistency
- Bilingual
- Forklift Experience
