Business Specialist – John Hinderer Ford

We are seeking additional talent to add to our finance team in Washington Court House. The Business Specialist position is one of the newest roles we have added to the dealership.

This position requires someone who is thoroughly organized, attentive to customer needs, and detail oriented. On a daily basis the business specialist interacts with customers while walking them through the process of signing paperwork and finalizing the purchase of a vehicle. When not sitting face to face with a customer, the business specialist will work diligently to secure funding; that means contacting financial institutions to ensure that all paperwork has been filled out and submitted properly. The business specialist will also be required to do some titling paperwork; ensuring that the correct names are in the correct spaces on title application forms. We are looking for a success driven and self-motivated individual to join the team. Paid training is provided, so no prior experience is required.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-first attitude
• Detail oriented

• Able to work in a team, and independently
• Basic knowledge of Google Docs
• Basic computer knowledge
• Work directly with sales professionals and management
• High school diploma or GED
• Able to pass drug test and background check
• Sales experience is a plus but NOT required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to $40k/ annually
