Qualifications of a Covey Caregiver:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Measures the success in your day by the number of smiles you make happen.
• Does the RIGHT thing even when its the hard thing to do.
• Understands the importance of treating everyone with respect participants, co-workers, community members EVERYONE!
• Has a deep desire to have coworkers who share your passion of helping others.
• Comfortable helping with personal care (bathing, toileting, eating, etc.)

At Covey, the participants, staff, and caregivers believe in creating opportunities, and we believe in doing it together. We are a community of passionate individualsparticipants, staff, caregivers, and volunteersworking together to create possibilities for our participants and their families.

For over 65 years, we have served individuals (ages 18-64) with disabilities and their families in the Fox Valley region. Our areas of expertise include respite care, skill community engagement, life enrichment, and volunteerism.
