Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide therapy at an Assisted Living Facility in the Polaris/Lewis Center, OH area. This PTA will work alongside a team of other therapists to provide therapy to residents of the facility.  

The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) would be responsible for following up with the plan of care set by the therapist, performing treatments, and communicating with the supervising therapist regarding patient progress. We offer flexible hours Monday-Friday. Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Ohio.

Compensation: competitive/negotiable/experience-based.
