With multiple levels, menu styles, and indoor and outdoor seating options, Spring & Main will be a prime destination for leisure and fun in the entertainment district of downtown. From Casa Lu Al and Nonno's Cellar to Corner Pins duckpin bowling alley to Vista Taco's main dining and rooftop bar, we have something to offer everyone that has a passion for delivering a variety of high-quality food and beverages to a broad audience of guests.

Overview: For this position, we are seeking friendly and upbeat individuals that thrive in a fast-paced work environment and aim to deliver a quality customer experience. Serving opportunities at Spring & Main offer the versatility of working in multiple dining environments or finding your niche at just one.

Responsibilities:

• Build positive relationships with guests, coworkers, and managers
• Prioritize a quality customer experience with a warm and friendly approach and efficient service
• Develop a thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus
• Accurately ring up all food and beverages, per customer order
• Assist with pre-bussing tables in assigned section, greeting guests, and delivering food.
• Clean assigned section per restaurant protocols
• Provide safe alcohol service through use of company resources, proper ID checks, and identifying signs of intoxication
• Manage guest checkout process by efficiently and responsibly handling cash and credit card transactions
• Become knowledgeable about the Good Food Rewards program and manage in accordance with company policy
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures per company policy, in alignment with health department regulations
• Effectively communicate with bar, kitchen, and management teams to provide quality customer service

Required Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience a plus
• Enthusiasm for customer service and a guest-first mentality
• Basic computer literacy and math skills
• Must be 19+ to apply
