Duties and Responsibilities:

· Sorting and distribution of all Incoming and metering all outgoing mail

· Makes reservations for other offices for any training schedule at the corporate location

· Handles all incoming calls and distributes to appropriate employee/department

· Works within our ERP accounting system (Infor Cloud Suite)

· Calculates and balances received daily checks and scans all to bank by electronic software

· Applies all payments (checks and ACH) directly to invoices, within the ERP system

· Processes A/P checks and mails after weekly check runs

· Scans and images A/P invoices and places in workflow

· Posts A/P invoices to appropriate GL account

· Assists with imaging tax returns for Tax Preparer

· Assists other departments with various tasks

· Any other work-related duties as assigned by management


Education & Qualification Requirements:

· High School Diploma (or equivalent)

· Knowledge and proficiency in basic computers/software skills

· Ability to answer multi line phone system with ease

· Pleasant and clear voice when answering phones

· Proven initiative and a positive attitude

· Highly dependable

· Pass drug test

· Submit to a background check


Preferred Skills:

· Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Ability to multitask

· Good customer service skills

· Team player

· Strong attention to detail

· Self-motivated


Work Environment

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
