Title of Position: Restaurant Manager | Bar/Service Manager

Job Description: Our Restaurant Manager must be detail oriented and highly committed to excellence. As Restaurant Manager you will have several areas of responsibility including but not limited to; guest service, atmosphere, food and beverage quality, food safety, coaching, employee and guest morale, inventory control and training and development. Daily planning and constant performance feedback will provide for seamless service and a motivated team. The Restaurant Manager must have strong leadership skills and a passion for the restaurant industry. Our Restaurant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to develop skills resulting in successful career growth within our company.

Qualifications:

• The Restaurant Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation
• Trust, honesty, integrity, and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Restaurant Manager
• The Restaurant Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results (bar and liquor costs)
• A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Restaurant Manager must possess
• High-volume experience of 3+ years as a Restaurant Manager is a must for this position
