We work with small to mid-sized businesses in the areas of Payroll, Employee Benefits, Human Resources, and Risk Management. As the Implementation Coordinator you will work as a part of the implementation team to ensure a smooth onboarding and transition process for our clients as they acclimate to our systems. You will also be responsible for the execution and maintenance of payroll & timekeeping system setups, as well as building current client requests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Implementation of technical systems, software, and/or hardware for new prospects and/or existing clients.
- Focuses on providing exceptional customer service to clients in face-to-face meetings.
- Transcribes data quickly and accurately.
- Refines implementation processes to ensure efficient data entry.
- Defines and executes delivery and implementation plans alongside Sr. Implementation Coordinator.
- Tests and troubleshoots final system setups.
- Ensures alignment with prior payroll system parameters, noting any key differences.
- Provides end-user support during and after the implementation process.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred, or combination of education and experience.
- 2 years of experience in the same or a similar role preferred.
- Basic Project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
- Strong computer aptitude, expertise with Microsoft 365 suite of products.
- Comprehensive understanding of payroll/timekeeping systems.
