Implementation Coordinator

We work with small to mid-sized businesses in the areas of Payroll, Employee Benefits, Human Resources, and Risk Management. As the Implementation Coordinator you will work as a part of the implementation team to ensure a smooth onboarding and transition process for our clients as they acclimate to our systems. You will also be responsible for the execution and maintenance of payroll & timekeeping system setups, as well as building current client requests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Implementation of technical systems, software, and/or hardware for new prospects and/or existing clients.
  • Focuses on providing exceptional customer service to clients in face-to-face meetings.
  • Transcribes data quickly and accurately.
  • Refines implementation processes to ensure efficient data entry.
  • Defines and executes delivery and implementation plans alongside Sr. Implementation Coordinator.
  • Tests and troubleshoots final system setups.
  • Ensures alignment with prior payroll system parameters, noting any key differences.
  • Provides end-user support during and after the implementation process.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred, or combination of education and experience.
  • 2 years of experience in the same or a similar role preferred.
  • Basic Project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
  • Strong computer aptitude, expertise with Microsoft 365 suite of products.
  • Comprehensive understanding of payroll/timekeeping systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
