Job Description:

We are currently looking for a full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for the Lewis Center/Columbus, Ohio areas. This will be within the assisted living and the community (home health).

The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) would be responsible for following the plan of care set by the therapist, performing treatment visits, and communicating with the supervising therapist regarding patient progress. Must be able to maintain a weekly caseload of 25 - 30 visits a week for full-time. Must be a licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) in the State of Ohio. We utilize a universal electronic documentation system. Prior home healthcare experience is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
