If you answered yes to all the questions above, then you should know Sparrow Point Country Club  is seeking ServersWe are looking for servers who can provide excellent food and beverage service to members and guests of Sparrows Point.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour plus Tips

Full Time and Part Time Positions Available!

What will be expected of you:

  • Provide immediate and continuous service and attention to all members/guests upon seating, introduce yourself, request members club number.
  • Set up and complete assigned side work, including inspecting all tables in the assigned section.
  • Suggestive selling on menu items and highlight specials. Take member and guest orders. Special requests check with the kitchen first if it can be accommodated.
  • Place orders with the kitchen through POS. Inform chefs/cooks about any special cooking instructions and or food allergies.
  • Reset tables in your station and assist team members with their station.
  • Verify accuracy of prices, state and federal taxes, tips and other charges on all checks.
  • Keep tables, FOH restaurant and BOH clean at all times.
  • Advise supervisor/manager of any complaints and act to resolve complaints.
  • Perform clean-up, side work and closing duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
  • Attend pre-meal meetings as requested by the supervisor/manager.

How we determine your qualifications:

  • 1-year experience serving, beneficial 
  • Wine knowledge, beginner
  • Ability to work, weekends, weekdays and holidays
