Job Description:

We are currently seeking an energetic full-time Physical Therapist (PT) in the East Columbus, OH area. This PT will provide therapy within the community environment.

The Physical Therapist (PT) would be responsible for performing starts of care, initial evaluations, subsequent follow-up visits, and supervising PTAs. Flexible scheduling while maintaining full-time status. Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the State of Ohio. We utilize a universal electronic documentation system. Prior home healthcare experience is preferred, but not required.

Compensation: competitive/negotiable/experience-based. Per-visit rates with productivity quota of 120 points per week with each visit type allotted a different point value.
