LIVE-IN CAREGIVER

Griswold Home Care is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to fill the position of LIVE-IN caregiver at our Mesquite location in several locations throughout the metroplex. This is a full-time caregiver position with a compensation range of $200 - $225 per 24hr period. The LIVE-IN caregiver will be responsible for providing top-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. This individual contributor role requires a dependable individual who possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong passion for helping others.

Compensation & Benefits:
The LIVE-IN caregiver at Griswold Home Care will receive a competitive daily rate of $200 - $225 per 24hr period. Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care to clients such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with daily activities, including meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Monitoring and reporting changes in clients' health and well-being
- Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for the client
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and their families
- Communicating effectively with the Griswold Home Care team to provide updates and important information about clients
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or caregiving role preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions
- Flexible schedule, including availability for overnight shifts and weekends
- Must be physically able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods of time
