Responsibilities of the Business Development Coordinator:
  • Conduct thorough research to identify and engage new corporate members, advertisers, exhibitors, and corporate partners
  • Collaborate seamlessly with our innovative marketing team to develop and execute customer outreach and lead generation strategies
  • Follow up with prospects via phone and email to generate exciting new sales opportunities and share potential collaborations with relevant departments
  • Maintain organized lists and target groups for personalized outreach
  • Connect with corporate members and exhibitors to present and sell captivating advertising opportunities
  • Collect, vet, and distribute advertisements with precision and creativity
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the seamless fulfillment of purchased advertisements
  • Manage the sales CRM platform, ensuring accurate lead and sales data entry and comprehensive analysis of CRM data
  • Oversee the booth sales process, prioritizing returning exhibitors and corporate partners
Requirements of the Business Development Coordinator:
  • Completed bachelor’s degree
  • Any previous sales experience, preferably in exhibit, advertising, or sponsorship sales
  • Exceptional project coordination and time management skills, thriving in a deadline-oriented environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and people skills
  • Creative communication skills with a keen attention to detail
  • A positive attitude, excelling both independently and in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of iMIS, CRM, and other database software is preferred
